Ensure release branch is under CI during the release

      Description

      Along with the release branch, for 9.1 FT we created a Deploy/IT-nuxeo-9.1-build based on Deploy/IT-nuxeo-master-build/ modified with the JIRA Update plugin.
      We also created a TestAndPush/ondemand-testandpush-check-9.1 triggered 3x/day to have a daily CI on the release branch.
      Those do not answer the need of a proper CI on the release branch: platform + addons, build + JIRA update
      Note that, during the release, the 2 nightly chains (master + release) should also complete before 9:30AM Paris time
