Create specific HF docker image after HF release

Once the HF is released an image for this HF could be generated.

There exists an internal repository (check with Mathieu).

This would allow fast issue reproduction instead of having to reinstall all the HF.

Also, those images should expose the debugging port for reproduction purpose.
