Upgrade PostgreSQL version to 9.6 on master slaves

      Description

      Since NXP-20971, PostgreSQL 9.6 is running ok with Nuxeo 8.10 and master. We can then upgrade the database version on Jenkins master slaves (8.10 slaves will be upgraded later in a separate ticket as we still want to keep testing 8.10 with 9.5).
