Adapt hot reload configuration message for nuxeo-cli

      Description

      When launching nuxeo hotreload for the first time, message is:

      j8 m3 [/home/bert/Documents/github/pouet]$ nuxeo hotreload
✖ Any Nuxeo Server configured.
✖ You must run `yo nuxeo:hotreload configure` first.

      However, running the command fails:

      j8 m3 [/home/bert/Documents/github/pouet]$ yo nuxeo:hotreload configure
bash: /home/bert/.npm-packages/bin/yo: No such file or directory

      => Adapt the message to give the proper nuxeo-cli command
