Make nightly build run JSF UI functional tests

      Description

      The job at https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/Deploy/job/IT-nuxeo-master-build/ deploys the nuxeo-jsf-ui package without running its functional tests (run by downstream job https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/Deploy/job/IT-nuxeo-master-tests-cap-tomcat/

      This is not consistent with the fact that functional tests are run for all packages referenced by the marketplace.ini file (see NXP-20986)
