Use a staging step for all the products of a release

As for the Maven artifacts, the other products of a release (Debian package, Windows installer, Docker image, Homebrew...) should benefit of a staging step during the release.

For instance, create a http://apt.nuxeo.org/pool/staging repository for the Debian package.
