Upgrade FF to a consistent version for maintenance branches

      Description

      1. Currently slaves for 6.0 and 7.10 branches use FF26 which is not an ESR version.
        • FF26 has been released on December 10, 2013
        • Selenium version used is 2.45.0 which supports FF till version 35, meaning FF31 ESR is supported (31.8.0 being the latest revision)
        • FF31.8.0 ESR has been released on July 2, 2015
      2. In the Compatibility matrix the versions listed are FF38ESR for 7.10 and FF31ESR for 6.0 which is not consistent with the tests in place.

      In order to benefit from some fixes and get a matrix matching reality, upgrading the slaves for 6.0 and 7.10 to FF31.8.0ESR would probably an acceptable compromise.

      This may also help eradicate some random build failures too.
