Compute the templates to include

      Description

      1. filter out the templates (folder containing template)
      2. filter out the tests
      3. filter out pom.xml files
      4. keep only the folders from the remaining folders
      5. remove doubloons

      Filter the result based on the templates word and more precisely under 

      nuxeo-distribution/nuxeo-distribution-resources/src/main/resources/

      Need to check the impacted XML files and folder location for proper file copy.
