Create a tool to setup and run FlameGraph

Flamegraph and java flamegraph are very useful to get precise sampling in production without any overhead.

To get the graph it requires some package installation and scripts:
The setup of requirement can be done using ansible.
The script should generate flame graph (with or without java maps) for all or specific PID or java running process name.

The target is to use this tools in benchmarks or on customer site.
