nx:zipdiff should propose to circumvent the empty patternset case

      Description

      When the diff is empty, the unzip task interprets it as "no filter, include everything" while it was expected to be "include nothing".
      Add an option to generate an placeholder file.

      The use case was marketplace-connect-tools (NXP-20717)
