To ease contribution to the Nuxeo Platform, we might follow the github recommendations (e.g., https://github.com/eclipse/che/tree/master/.github)
Maybe:
- adding a link to https://doc.nuxeo.com/display/CORG/Coding+and+Design+Guidelines in the CONTRIBUTING.md
- adding a PR template for both internal (manual PR to remind the type-JIRA-description) and external contributors
Issue template is not applicable since we're using JIRA and license file should be already done.
