Configure a nightly deployment for web-ui and its extension

      Description

      Now that we have extension for the web ui from drive and DAM, a demo env should be available with latest server (still cap for the moment) and:

      • nuxeo-drive
      • nuxeo-dam
      • nuxeo-web-ui

      Updating deployment on nightly.nuxeo.com should be satisfying. Just need to add web-ui to https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-tools-cloud
