Create POM snippets for Maven plugins

      Description

      Maven plugins configuration is inheritable but not included by the import scope. So it is not always easy to reuse. There is a need for POM snippets inclusion.

      This could be solved with the Tiles Maven Plugin: https://github.com/repaint-io/maven-tiles

      At least, we must provide usable snippets of Maven plugins configuration and/or usage.
