Mass import should be more reliable

The mass import is interrupted by the nuxeo importer that stop randomly before the 500m expected target.

To keep good thoughput a mongodb restart sometime needed around 500m.

Investigation must be done to fix this or at least import should be relaunched automatically without manual intervention.
