      Description

      The new hooks manager should replace the existing hooks on all nuxeo/nuxeo-sandbox repositories.

      The should be a link on the qa-portal to easily setup hook on a (new) given repository.
      The target repository configuration should be configurable somehow in the qa-portal.
      There should be a list of webhooks to remove for the target repository and a lost of hooks to add.
