Permanent Redacted Version is not generating

      Description

      Upon clicking one "Permanent Redacted Version" it is not generating when clicked in the below icon. 

      Ideally it should create a new document itself with the redacted part but that is not happening in LTS 2023 env.

      It is working fine in 10.10 version.
