Fix dropdown menu duplicating entries when browser window is small

When first viewing a document preview at a small browser window width (such that most buttons are pushed into the dropdown (three ellipses) menu at the right-hand side of the previewer), the dropdown menu displays repeat entries. After resizing browser back to full screen, the dropdown menu behaves normally (no duplicates).

Steps to reproduce:

1. While on nuxeo-home in Web UI, resize the browser window width to approximately half-size.
2. Navigate to a document preview.
3. Once the previewer is visible, click the right-hand side dropdown menu.

Expected behavior: each button/action in the dropdown menu is displayed once.

Actual behavior: the buttons/actions in the dropdown menu are repeated once (scroll down to view if necessary). After resizing the browser window back to full screen and opening the dropdown menu again, entries display normally.
