When User is changed and logged in as different user but in comment still showing the name for prev user

When User is changed and logged in as different user but in comment still showing the name for prev user.

1. User1 Logged in give some annotations.
2. In annotations we can see that annotation is added by User1.
3. User1 logged out.
4. User2 Logged in and try to give any annotation.
5. We are seeing that the annotations are coming as User1 even if the annotation is given by User2.
6. If we clear the cache and redo then we can see annotations for User2.

We are now forced to clear cache each time to work smoothly.
