Redacted text is visible on downloaded file with FDF annotations

User has a document with redacted portions of text.
User performs Download current file with FDF annotations action
The downloaded file shows the text redaction with transparency - It is readable

It was expected that the redacted text wouldn't be visible.

While the redacted area isn't translucent, the user is still able to select the text and copy paste it - even the text behind the redacted area.
