Notification doesn't show longer than 1 second despite configuration

      Description

      Originally, the notifications added by the implementation of redact completion NEV-577 don't show longer than 1 second.

      After getting a fix from ARender within TMAPR-4766, the notifications don't show at all.

      We probably need to update our configuration.
