Rework the print menu

      The print button was removed from the top panel (ie: its definition was removed from topPanel.widgets.beanNames property) to be moved under a new dropdown printMenu.

      If you want to keep the print button at the top panel level, you must add the printButton widget to topPanel.widgets.beanNames property, and disable the printMenu like this: topPanel.printMenu=false.
      Note that this former behavior is not compatible with the content redaction mode.

      The opening of the external documents feature has been removed as they are not propagated to Nuxeo.

      Description

      We want to rework the dropdown containing the print buttons.

      Originally the print button was directly in the topPanel, we want to move it to the import menu and rename it to Print with options.
      The icon and the title of import menu should be changed to print icon and Print title.
      At the same time, remove the buttons to open files.
