      Description

      As a user WITH the "Redact" permission, I can see through redactions already made in an original document.

      As a user WITH the "Redact" permission, I can see through redactions already made in an original document by me or other people.

      As a user WITHOUT the "Redact" permission, I cannot see through redactions already made.
