Audit entry when redacting content

As a manager, I can keep track of the redactions being added to the content.

Acceptance criteria:

An audit entry is added to the document when exiting content redaction mode if redactions were made:

• Performed action
  Content redacted

• Category
  Document

• Comment
  [file name]
