Audit entry when removing a redaction

As a manager, I can keep track of the redactions being removed from the content.

Acceptance criteria:

An audit entry is added to the document when exiting content redaction mode if redactions were removed (or when a redaction is removed if it can be done outside of the redaction mode):

  Redaction removed

• Category
  Document

• Comment
