Delete a redaction

As a user with the "Redact" permission on the document, I can delete one or multiple redactions while in redaction mode.

Acceptance criteria:

A redaction can be deleted only when being in redaction mode.

=> The goal here is to make sure that we can tell when updates are over so we can trigger the expected business logic at the right time.

=> A fallback solution could be to plug an event when a redaction is deleted so we can apply specific business logic.
