Partially hide default buttons when entering content redaction mode

When entering content redaction mode, unrelated default buttons are hidden. 

Acceptance criteria: 

When I enter content redaction mode, the following buttons ARE available:

• Full screen
• Change page controls
• Zoom controls
• Page size controls (full width / full height / full page)
• Turn page left / right
• Brightness
• Contrast
• Search

The following buttons are NOT available:

• refresh annotations
• add arrow
• add freehand
• add sticky note
• add freetext box
• add highlight rectangle
• add circle
• highlight text
• strike through text
• add stamp
• import menu
• download menu
• print
