Fix can't change color of a sticky note annotation

Using Firefox 95
Login as read-only user
Visit https://nxdev-qa01.beta.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/doc/e04da5eb-57ad-42ad-8aea-901e72f95858
Go to the annotations tab
Add a sticky note, add text
Select sticky note
Change sticky note color

=> Color sticks to black
Expected: Color should be updated based on the user selection
