Double click on an annotation icon to enable the repeat mode

      Description

      There is a new capability on ARender side to improve user experience regarding the repeat mode: the user can now easily choose which mode to use:

      • One click on the annotation icon will allow to create 1 annotation
      • a double click on the annotation icon will  turn on the repeat mode (each click on the document will create a new annotation)

      We should enable it by default in NEV
