Issues with Open Several Documents Functionality

There are a few issues reported with the Open Several Documents operation

1. The first time trying to use this operation, the user receives an OAuth2 error. (reproducible on nxdev-qa)
2. The operation doesn't work on the results of a search. (reproducible on nxdev-qa)
3. Inconsistent number of documents open when using Open Several Documents operation.  Sometimes it's the number of documents selected, sometimes it's not.  Also seen issue in customer environment where it keeps opening the first selection of documents and doesn't update the selection even though this has changed.
