Make possible to enable Tomcat JMX on the previewer

      Description

      We would like to enable the JMX control on the previewer when the following environment variable is present:

      TOMCAT_JMX_PORT=9000

      The SSL would also be configurable with the environment variable below (its default will be false):

      TOMCAT_JMX_SSL
