Submit and reply actions buttons are missing

      Description

      With the last update (NEV 10.6.1 / 4.4.2.NX1.1), the submit and reply buttons disappeared.

      It is the case for both sticky notes and annotations comments (in the left section).

      Note: I can reproduce only with Chrome; I can see the buttons using Firefox, Safari. And with Chrome in incognito mode
