A customer is having the issue where when there is higher volume of users NEV won't render the previews Here are the steps and times below of the failed previews:
When (Date/Time) & Frequency | Number Reported by users impacted | Document Type | Description | Issue / Error Message |
Every Day | >10 Users | Underwriting, Claim | Loading Doc View tab<--doc eventually loads 1. Search for and view a Underwriting Doc 2. Note message shown and no doc loads 3. Click on/off other doc (multiple times if needed) to get desired doc to eventually loads |
In the arender viewer at the bottom right Message: “Notifications - Loading document is taking time…Try to download the document if you do not want to wait” |
