      Description

      The goal is to improve the logs we have on the whole NEV stack in order to help the operational and reduce false positives issues.

      In the end, we would like to monitor the NEV logs to be proactive on errors happening on the service. So, we need to clean irrelevant ones, improves interesting ones (adding document id and other metadata for instance), and add new ones for silent failures.
