Stop repeat mode button is not working well

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Annotations tab
2. click on 1 of the annotation buttons with repeat mode (arrow, freehand, highlight rectangle, circle)
3. Add an annotation on the document
4. Click again on the same button to stop repeat mode

Observed result

4. the add annotation action is still enabled

4. I have to add a last annotation before it's stopped

Expected result

4. The add annotation is disabled right after I click on the button

4. The cursor is in selection mode
