Fix authentication on ARender for Safari

After deploying the NEV 10.3.1 to our QA environment we've noticed that the authentication flow didn't work at all on Safari browser.

The issue is due to the browser which blocked all cookies for the embedded websites.
As a result, ARender Previewer can't set its Cookie on the first request, thus it can't retrieve the user context to finalize the authentication on the last redirect.

This looks like the Intelligent Tracking Protection feature of WebKit browsers. Storage Access API should be a way to make it work.
