Add ARender "Download with FDF annotation" action in NEV

      Description

      There is an existing feature in ARender to download a PDF with the annotations in a native PDF format, so that the annotations can be handled in Adobe Reader as any standard annotation:

      This feature can be turned on with this property:

      topPanel.documentMenu.downloadWithFDFAnnotation=true

      The goal is to put it at true by default
