Remove platform team as code owners of nuxeo-arender-connector

We want to remove the GitHub platform team as code owners from nuxeo-arender-connector because this repository doesn't have the Draft PR feature, and so each PR opened for work in progress notifies the platform team to review.

This is a problem for our new review process, and as the repository is private, we don't need automatic assignation, for external contributors for instance.
