Fix highlight of icon when feature is activated in menu bar

      Description

      For some features in the menu bar, the icon does not get highlighted when the feature is activated:

      • Add sticky note
      • Add free text box
      • Highlight text
      • Strike through text

      These are the ones I observed, maybe others have the issue.
