Major While testing, several "bugs" were mistakenly identified due to the unclear nature of the auto-save feature.
It seems as though it can take up to several seconds for an annotation to auto-save. When adding an annotation and moving to the View tab to check if the comments are synced, some annotations were lost.
We learned that the auto-save is complete when the ARender loading icon disappears, but this is not always visible (I can't see it at all while annotating now) so this is not reliable.
There should be some indicator or discreet message somewhere on the page saying "All changes saved".
Contrariwise, circle and line-drawing annotations only save once their respective action buttons are switched off or once text has been added to one of the annotations.
This difference in behavior should be made explicit in the UX and in the documentation.
