DFS pod instability lead to Converter pods being unstable

We experienced a DFS pod reboot that caused the health status of the Converter deployment to be in the partial state. 

The converter pod did not restart probably because its status was alternating with up and down. As a result, kubernetes did not restart the pod letting the platform in an unstable state. We had to manually launch a new deployment for the stack to heal.
