      Description

      Context

      Most of the customers are complaining of the current behavior for documents with layers (display the full document layer per layer).

      Only 1 customer requests this feature as it is for now.

      Description

      The goal is to be able to enable or disable the layers feature at instance level, so that we can have it only for customers requiring it.
