Use Nuxeo 10.10 docker image with hotfix for preview environment

JX preview environments are handled by jx command, this command will check if the service is available and then add a comment about it to the PR. There's a timeout on this check, if it is exceeded JX won't comment the PR, mark the build as failing whereas application will start anyway.

This is mainly due to the Nuxeo Docker image startup which download the hotfixes (for each deployment).

In the end, we want to use the new Nuxeo Docker image which already contains the hotfixes and speed up the start step.
