Details on sticky notes are not displayed anymore

Description

Previously, the sticky note annotation displayed the annotation's author and last update datetime.

Those information are not displayed anymore. 

Steps to reproduce

1. Sign in on Nuxeo
2. Go to a document
3. Go to Annotation tab
4. Add a sticky note annotation
5. Fill the comment and submit
6. Mouse over on the created sticky note

Observed result

5. The sticky note is created with the comment

6. The author and datetime creation are NOT displayed on the header of the sticky note

Expected result

5. The sticky note is created with the comment

6. The author and datetime creation are displayed on the header of the sticky note
