Fix display of repeat mode

*Steps to Reproduce:"

• Click on Circle annotation from the tool bar.
  => Circle annotation repeat mode appears "activated" (blue arrows appear on the icon).
• Click on Arrow annotation from the tool bar.
  => Repeat mode appears "activated" for both circle and arrow annotations.
• Click on Freestyle annotation from the tool bar.
  => Repeat mode appears "activated" for all three annotation types.
• Click on Circle annotation from the tool bar.
  => Repeat mode on circle annotation appears to be "deactivated", but still "activated" on Freestyle and Arrow annotations.
• Click and drag on the document to add several annotations.
  => Repeat mode is acutally activated on circle annotations despite zero visual cues to indicate this.
