Comments in the comment pannel are not stylable

Since the te comments area has been modified to allow copy & past of comments, comments area cannot be styled anymore , as it displays an HTML chunk within an iframe, with no possibility to have from parent page's css any selector to target those elements. 

IMO, the whole comments pannel thing seems not really clean and should be refactored to use div / flex grids solutions and not rely anymore on iframes.

But at least we should use some (the same ? ) properties like it is done for the sticky notes.
