Only one sticky note label should appear when attaching a Sticky note to a multiline text-related annotation

User adds a single annotation (Highlight/Strikethrough/Redact) to several lines of text.
After the user attaches a Sticky note to that annotation through the annotation properties, several sticky note labels appear (one per line), instead of just one (as should be the case, since it's a single annotation).
