Dropdown properties shouldn't have the dropdown header as an option

The annotation properties "Border styles" (in case of Arrow and Circle annotations), "Size" and "Fonts" (in case of Sticky note and Text box annotations) are presenting the dropdown Header as a selectable option.

While selecting "Size" and "Fonts" as an option in their respective properties' dropdown won't have any effect, selecting "Border styles" option in Arrow and Circle annotations will act have the same effect as the default "Solid" option.
