Better filtering experience

The filtering experience is reviewed: 
When clicking on the "filter" user actin, the popup is displayed in modal mode center of the page to select the options for filtering. When submitted, a "Filters applied"  link is displayed on the filter/sort area. If the user click on it, it displays like on a dropdown mode the list of filters active. Ex:

user: aescaffre
status: valid
catogory:packaging

With two actions in the end : 
"Update filters" 
"Remove filters"

If user clicks on "Update filters", the filter popup to select filters appears again and user can modify and submit.

if user clicks on "Remove filters", all filters are unselected and all annotations are displayed.

Remark: clicking on the quick filter action "Only my annotations" also makes the "Filters applied" action appear.
