Selected annotation should be highlighted in the viewer

Description
When I select an annotation to "center" it on the viewer, the annotation should also look like being selected. 

To do :

Return to a similar behavior before:
when you click on the "target" button of a comment, the associated annotation must enter edit mode. However, when it comes to a sticky note, the text should not be editable.

Acceptance criteria
Given I have at least read permission on a Nuxeo document,
And this document contains several annotations including a free text box annotation,
When I click on target icon of the free text box annotation,
Then the annotation is highlighted,
And the text box moves to edit mode,
And I can directly edit it.

Given I have at least read permission on a Nuxeo document,
And this document contains several annotations including a sticky note annotation,
When I click on target icon of the sticky note,
Then the annotation is highlighted,
And the text box does not move to edit mode.

Given I have at least read permission on a Nuxeo document,
And this document contains several annotations including an arrow annotation,
When I click on target icon of the arrow annotation,
Then the annotation is highlighted,
And the text box does not move to edit mode.
