Annotations category - ability to customise the list of annotations

As the developer of the Nuxeo solution, I have an easy way to customise the list of categories used.
I can easily contribute a new list of values.
I can easily decide to "disable for selection" one of the values already used in production.
I can also easily contribute the translations for each of those values, in various languages (ideally including Arabic and Japanese,, although I don't know the current state of ARender in that regard).
